Shipping Charges

We offer complimentary shipping on all purchases over $200, while a flat fee of $15 applies to orders below this amount. 

Please note that once your order is finalized, modifications cannot be accommodated.

Should you provide incorrect shipping information, kindly contact us promptly at hello@fergusonfinch.com.au. Upon processing your order, we will send a confirmation email indicating receipt and dispatch.

Orders are handled Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Postage and Handling

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days and delivered via Australia Post, requiring a signature upon receipt.

Tracking is provided for every parcel.

 Delivery times range from 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

After your order has been processed, you will receive both an email and a text message confirming that your order is complete and ready for collection. Kindly present your order confirmation receipt when picking up your items.
